Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa. International shipping may be added in the future.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
• Same day delivery: Orders for same-day delivery must be placed before 9am, otherwise they will be delivered the next day.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
